Morning: Early breakfast then short walk to the coach. Leave hotel at 6.30am for 7.00am to catch the coach to Pokhara, about a seven hour journey with lunch en route.

Morning & Afternoon: Drive to Nayapul, your starting point for the trek, about 1hr from your hotel. Ascend slowly through terraced fields and mountain villages to Ulleri (2073m).

Morning & Afternoon: Start with a steep ascent before a more gradual uphill walk taking you to Ghorepani (2775m) On a clear day there are stunning views from Ghorepani, making the climb well worth it.

Morning & Afternoon: Before dawn walk up to Poon Hill (3200m) to see the spectacular sunrise, about 45min. Return to your lodge for breakfast, then trek to Tadapani (2650m).

Morning & Afternoon: From Tadapani your trail descends through beautiful forests to Ghandruk (1950m).
