Search for a deeper meaning to life or simply getaway from the day to day bustle. The Kopan Meditation Retreat offers a Buddhism course in the Tibetan tradition based at a monastery in Nepal. The retreat provides an opportunity to deepen awareness of yourself, other people, the world around you, and gives space to clarify what is essential in life. A meditation retreat can be a challenging and life-changing experience.

"A well organised, smooth operation, thank you for a wonderful holiday. Kopan was a total surprise I think it will be a few months before I digest it all, loved it!" Bill Young, New Zealand
