Morning: Buffet breakfast and Enjoy a walk with your city guide from the hotel to Durbar Square. Kathmandu Durbar Square is listed as a UNESCO Cultural World Heritage site. It is a cluster of ancient temples, palaces, courtyards and streets dating back to the 12th and 18th centuries.
Afternoon: Buffet lunch in hotel. Visit the Monkey Temple.

Bus from Kathmandu to Pokhara and Visit Rainbow Children’s Home. Morning: Early breakfast then short walk to the Tourist Buses. Leave hotel at 6.30am for 7.00am bus. Travel to Pokhara with guides, approx. 7hrs, lunch en route.
Afternoon: Arrive 2-3pm. Visit Rainbow Children’s Home.
Evening: Receive your trekking brief. Buffet dinner.

Morning: An early start, drive to Sarangkot to view the sunrise over the Himalayas.
Afternoon: Visit Gupteshor Mahadev Caves, Devi’s Falls and the Mountain Museum with your city guide. The rest of the day is free.

Morning & Afternoon: After breakfast leave by bus for the start of the Poon Hill Trek, 4 nights/5 days.

Day 2 of Trek.
Morning & Afternoon: Drive to Nayapul, your starting point for the trek, about 1hr from your hotel. Ascend slowly through terraced fields and mountain villages to Ulleri (2073m).

Morning & Afternoon: Start with a steep ascent before a more gradual uphill walk taking you to Ghorepani (2775m) On a clear day there are stunning views from Ghorepani, making the climb well worth it.

Morning & Afternoon: Before dawn walk up to Poon Hill (3200m) to see the spectacular sunrise, about 45min. Return to your lodge for breakfast, then trek to Tadapani (2650m).

Morning & Afternoon: From Tadapani your trail descends through beautiful forests to Ghandruk (1950m) and easy walking back to Nayapul where your trek ends. Drive to your hotel in Pokhara.

Travel to Village.
Morning: After breakfast take bus to Bhimad, approx 60min. On arrival unpack the bus, buy snacks and have drinks at the local shop then walk to Chang Patan, approx. 20min. Cooking area / admin side, like toilets, dining tent etc. to be set up in advance including firewood.
Afternoon: Lunch on arrival prepared by cook team. Local Community Welcoming Party around 4pm. Dinner 7-8pm.
