Meet our representative waiting for you at the airport, transfer to your hotel. The rest of the day is free. In the evening enjoy a complimentary buffet dinner, a chance to taste Nepalese cuisine, or taste one of a range of other dishes if you prefer.

Day 2 - Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Kathmandu Sightseeing.
Morning: Buffet breakfast and Enjoy a walk with your city guide from the hotel to Durbar Square. Kathmandu Durbar Square is listed as a UNESCO Cultural World Heritage site. It is a cluster of ancient temples, palaces, courtyards and streets dating back to the 12th and 18th centuries.

Afternoon: Buffet lunch in hotel. Visit the Monkey Temple.

Day 3 - Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Kathmandu Sightseeing.
Morning: Visit Pashupatinath, Nepal’s most sacred Hindu shrine, located on the banks of the Bagmati River and visit Boudhanath, one of the largest Buddhist Stupas in the world. Compare and contrast the different religions, see how they overlap and exist in harmony.

Day 4 - Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Kathmandu | Pokhara

Bus from Kathmandu to Pokhara and Visit Rainbow Children’s Home. Morning:  Early breakfast then short walk to the Tourist Buses. Leave hotel at 6.30am for 7.00am bus. Travel to Pokhara with guides, approx. 7hrs, lunch en route.

Afternoon: Arrive 2-3pm. Visit Rainbow Children’s Home for introductions and planning for next visit.

Evening: Receive your trekking brief. Buffet dinner.

Day 5 - Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Pokhara | Poon Hill Trek

Group 1 Starts Trek. Group 2 at Rainbow Children’s Home.
Morning & Afternoon: After breakfast Group 1 leaves by bus for the start of the Poon Hill Trek, 4 nights/5 days. Group 2 at Rainbow all day. Buffet lunch.

Group 2 Starts Trek.
Morning & Afternoon: After breakfast Group 2 leaves by bus for the start of the Poon Hill Trek, 4 nights/5 days.

Group 1 Returns to Pokhara.
Morning: Trekking.

Afternoon: Arrive in Pokhara around midday. After lunch Group 1 can enjoy an afternoon of Yoga and Meditation with the Himalayan Yogini, Devika Gurung.

Day 10 - Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Pokhara

Group 1 at Rainbow Children’s Home. Group 2 Returns to Pokhara.
Morning: Group 1 visit to Rainbow.

Afternoon: Group 2 arrive in Pokhara around midday. After lunch enjoy an afternoon of Yoga and Meditation with the Himalayan Yogini, Devika Gurung.

Travel to Village.
Morning: After breakfast take bus to Bhimad, approx 60min. On arrival unpack the bus, buy snacks and have drinks at the local shop then walk to Chang Patan, approx. 20min. Cooking area / admin side, like toilets, dining tent etc. to be set up in advance including firewood.

Afternoon: Lunch on arrival prepared by cook team. Local Community Welcoming Party around 4pm. Dinner 7-8pm.

Rest day in Pokhara.
Morning. An early start, light breakfast. Drive to Pokhara.

Afternoon: Swimming pool and buffet lunch. The rest of the day is free.

Day 23 - Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Pokhara | Chitwan National Park

Travel to Chitwan.
Morning: 7am departure. Early breakfast then bus to Chitwan, 4-6 hours, arrive for lunch.

Afternoon: The lodge will brief you on your programme for the next 3 nights/4 days. Walk the surrounding area with your guide.

Evening: A traditional dance performance at your hotel.

Morning: Take a canoe ride along the Rapti River, an excellent opportunity for birdwatching and you might even see two rare species of crocodile: the Marsh Mugger and the Gharial Crocodile. Visit the elephants with an opportunity to bath them and sit on their backs in the water

Afternoon: Elephant back safari into the forest.

Chitwan Nationa Park | Kathmandu

Travel to Kathmandu.
Morning: After breakfast drive to Kathmandu.

Afternoon: After lunch, walk to the tranquil Garden of Dreams. Rest of the day free.

Bhaktapur

Day trip to Bhaktapur Sightseeing.
Morning: After breakfast travel by bus to Bhaktapur (40min), split into your two groups and enjoy a guided tour in different directions.

Afternoon: Packed lunch. Return to hotel.

Morning: Mountain biking.

Afternoon: The rest of the day is free.
