Morning & Afternoon: After Breakfast meet your biking guide to find you a suitable bike and kit. Ride out through the city and cross-country around the valley to get acclimatised to riding in Nepal and get to know your guide. Lunch provided on the trail.

Nagarkot | Kathmandu | Bhaktapur
Morning & Afternoon: Travel by 4×4 to Nagarkot hill station (2195m) on the eastern edge of the Kathmandu Valley. Ride a six mile single trail and technical downhill, followed by another six mile single trail through rice paddy and off-road trails. Continue for about two miles uphill and then a three mile B-road back into the city. Lunch provided on the trail.

Chisapani | Kathmandu | Sundarijal
Morning & Afternoon: Take a 4×4 and drive about two and a half hours to the start of today’s ride, Chisapani, north-east of Kathmandu. Ride uphill for two miles and push the bike to the top of Shivapuri. Enjoy a ten mile downhill ride to Sundarijal. Today covers single trails, technical stretches and downhill inside the beautiful Shivapuri National Park. Lunch provided on the trail.

Morning & Afternoon: After breakfast take a 4×4 for about an hour to Kakani (2030m). First ride is a two mile single trail uphill inside the Shivapuri National Park followed by a three mile single trail downhill known as Scar Route. Then ride a three mile trail up, flat and down. Another two mile ride inside the National Park, a two mile uphill trail and then a five mile downhill technical. Lunch at Gokarna Village Resort.

Morning: Early breakfast then short walk to the coach. Leave hotel at 6.30am for 7.00am to catch the coach to Pokhara, about a seven hour journey with lunch en route.
Afternoon: Arrive and check-in to your hotel 2-3pm. Rest of the day is free.

Pokhara | Peace Stupa
Morning: After breakfast ride three miles on flat roads around the lake and five miles uphill to the Peace Stupa (1600m) on top of a hill south-east of Pokhara.
Afternoon: Have lunch then ride five miles of technical downhill through forest trails and two miles back to your hotel.

Morning & Afternoon: Breakfast then a 4×4 to Sarangkot (1700m) north of Pokhara, today ride a trail three miles up and down, then eight miles of flowing downhill to the lake and two miles to the city or lunch.

Morning & Afternoon: After breakfast travel by 4×4 to Kalika, six miles to Begnas Lake and ride back to Pokhara by road for twelve miles. Lunch on arrival.
