Trail running is something you could do whilst still enjoying the stunning views of the Himalayas and typical villages of Nepal going in your own pace in unpolluted thin air of higher altitudes – set your challenge!

You can take a walk or jogging on route to cover the distance it’s entirely up to you and you don’t have to be a tough fitness fanatic to do this. Your route will be carefully selected to suit your desire and physical fitness, and at the finishing point you will be greeted by cheering locals and staff with flower garlands and refreshments.

The monastery was fantastic, really enjoyed the 2 days of guided Kathmandu, the mountain biking tour was unbelieveable.
