ATOL Protection

Flights that Himalayan Footsteps® sell are ATOL protected and customers receive an ATOL certificate upon booking. The certificate lists what is financially protected, where you can get more information, and who to contact if things go wrong.

All reasonable and practicable steps are taken to ensure a safe, secure and healthy environment for customers and the legal and moral responsibilities in respect of this are fully recognised.

Worldpay has issued a certificate to indicate that Himalayan Footsteps has attested that they have met the requirements of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (“PCI DSS”).  This is why our systems are secure, and customers can trust us with their sensitive payment card information.
